Summary: Easy to find. Great value for the area. I travel for work and normally stay at the big chains, but decided to try out this independent motel. I only needed to stay a couple of nights, but will definitely stay again if I'm in the area. Seemed safe, and was clean/freshly renovated. It's still a motel, but it's a nice one. --Extra Info-- Parking: No issues, even with most of the spaces filled up on arrival. Small-ish parking area, with Lots of work trucks on a weeknight, BUT the spaces are planned out well with big vehicles in mind. Lots of large truck spots, plus some well planned parallel spaces and a couple compact spots. Front desk: Awesome service, even checking in at 9pm. The attendant was nice and welcoming. I booked online without calling or speaking to anybody in person, and check-in went smooth when I got here. Room: I had a queen 1-bed room on the ground floor. SUPER spacious. No tripping over your stuff in here. Loveseat, desk, office chair, dresser/fridge, queen bed, and still plenty of floor space. Plenty of outlets/plugins. CLEAN!!! It looks like it's been newly renovated, or just kept up well. The walls have fresh paint. There is partial carpet and partial wood/laminate flooring. It looks like they actually mop/clean the floors! The linens were fresh and clean. The whole room just smelled and felt CLEAN. (Not perfumed or febreezed either, like actually just crisp and clean) Bathroom: Great shower pressure with adjustable pressure shower head. Plenty of hot water. No vent fan, but has a window that can be opened. Clean white towels. Extra vanity shelf and closet area outside of the actual bathroom. Tub/toilet/fixtures look new.

I have to give 5 stars for price of room, comfort and cleanliness. This is an older tourist court type facility, maybe a Best Western in the old days. The room was clean and well appointed. The AC cooled well. Microwave, fridge with freezer. Nice TV with many many channels to choose from. There is a pool but we did not use it. In the evening there were many pick ups in the parking area so I would guess a lot of out of town workers but we haven't observed any disruptive behavior. We were just passing through but I would stay here again. And finally, the young woman at the desk, Kiara, was very professional, courteous, kind and attentive. We asked about dining at locally owned rather than nationally chains and she was very helpful. To the property owner/mgr be aware of the asset she is!

The room was very clean, heat worked great, and the layout was comfy! Front desk was quick and easy, exceptional customer service.. As someone on a trip, it was a great spot to stop at along the way.

I was fortunate enough to stay here; twice. It was a month apart but the customer service and clean rooms were the same, reliable. The people are friendly and the bed is clean, what else do you need? There are plenty of dining options available to suit your taste buds. It’s not a five star hotel but it’s homestyle, quiet and clean.

The room was clean and reasonably modern. Certainly not a resort but it was a good price. The biggest downside was being able to hear the road a bit in the room.

I stayed here while my boyfriend was in Carlsbad working. It was honestly delightful. Quiet, calm and the pool was very clean. For what it cost, it is a wonderful little motel. Will stay again.

This is exactly what I needed for our trip to the Caverns; close to the caverns, inexpensive, and clearly being brought back to life. The rooms have been redone and it shows. Clean, simple, and functional. The beds were cozy, the shower worked exactly as needed, and after a long day out, that’s really the bar. Plenty of food options nearby and easy in and out. This feels like part of the American roadside motel revival story. Not trying to be something it’s not, but clearly improving what it is. I liked the signage and the direction they’re heading. The pool wasn’t ready, but it was still cold out, so not really a factor. Would I stay here again? Yes. It does what you need, and I hope it continues to grow.
